At Louise Markham Beauty Therapy we hold some of your personal data on our records. We initially ask you to complete a paper record card. We then transfer this information to a programme on an ipad, which is password/fingerprint protected. The ipad is stored in a locked drawer when not in use. The data is stored securely on iCloud. iCloud secures your information by encrypting it when its in transit, and storing it in iCloud in an encrypted format. The information we hold includes, Name, Address, Telephone numbers, D.O.B, Medical Information (Inc medical conditions, medication, allergies, recent operations/injuries). We record treatments and product sales.

We only use this information within the premises for the therapist performing your treatment.

We would never share the information we hold about you to anyone else or an organisation.

The only reason we would occasionally contact you by telephone would be to rearrange an appointment, or if you have failed to attend an appointment.

We would never use your address unless requested.

We never send out automated messages.

As a client you can request the information we hold about you. You have the right to ask for your data to be deleted from our records.

Your data will be deleted after 5 years from the last visit to the salon.
