Please note that a patch test is needed 24 hours prior to a tint being carried out. The Eye Lash Tint gives colour not thickness.Ideal for fair eyelashes, swimming, holidays and contact lens wearers.The Eye Brow Tint is ideal for fair eyebrows to give definition and frame to the face.
